I think Lifter would be an excellent asset to the team, he's smart, flexible and very tough. He excels at taking out vehicles and infantry in mass. As a merc he's top notch.

Now, with the explination around Lifter, from Countdown's perspective: anyone who's got brains and skill enough to handle himself, and can act in a vehicular destruction role, is someone to have around.
