The game will consist of 4-5 characters using the standard SR4 rules for character creation. The first 4-5 people post characters in the recruiting thread are in. Any character type is welcome. The one caveat is that all characters must take 'Dark Secret Flaw'. The characters will be part of an established running team.
Standard time, spring 2070. If you have any questions ask in the board DO NOT PM ME. The game is Canon SR4 RAW.

Too late Shadow, Mandy here got lodged in my brain and she won't get out. This is my first attempt at a female PC so to be fair, she'll prolly come off a little too tomboyish but hey.
[ Spoiler ]
Amanda Pinkerton
aka: Motorhead Mandy; Mandy the Maniac; Miss Pink; Bubblegum Crisis (by her TM boyfriend Reggie); That Crazy Bitch (90% of all drivers on Seattle roads); Little Leadfoot
Amanda never stood a chance of being a girl, she was raised by her father and five brothers. All of them devoted NARCAR fans, street racers or mechanics. Her mother left or died when she was five. So little Mandy grew up gapping spark plugs, grinding brakes and racing cars. By the time she was sixteen she could drive and fix anything with wheels. Now at the age of nineteen she has more driving skill than most people get in a lifetime. She is simply one of the best wheelmen out there. She has racked up more moving violations in three years than anyone can in twenty, she has now made it a point of pride to break every driving law in the book. Recently to expand her usefulness to her runner team she has taken up piloting drones.
Favorite Quote: "Oh goody, soy bacon, let's take em for a ride!"
Appearance:
Mandy stands five feet even and weighs aprox. one hundred and fifteen pounds (she refuses to tell anyone her exact weight). She has blonde hair and blue eyes. Her sense of style depends on her enviroment. If she's in her shop she wears oil soaked coveralls, if she's at a meet she wears a sensible gray business blazer and skirt, usually with a hot pink blouse. When she's on a run she wears an odd assortment of baby doll tees and a skirt or jeans. She always carries a Dunkie backpack when on a run. Her favorite tee is her I Love Dunkie shirt. Her hairstyle also varies but she prefers a neat ponytail when working in the shop, she tends to pigtails almost everywhere else. She almost always has a wad of bubblegum in her mouth.

I've been kicking around a concept in my head. A P-Fix addict whose favorite (only) persona is Doc Holiday. (Possibly with some bio/cyber that would mimic the effects of Tuberculoisis...hacking up blood type substances) If that's too far out for the game let me know.

Ok, I've got a Dwarf Street Sam, used to be a corp courrier now running the shadows.
Let me kow if you have any questions.
[ Spoiler ]
Here is what should be a complete CS for my character.
I have one thing that is not in the book, that is smuggling compartments in my car. As you will see Satchel has a small Arsenal he can carry with him and needs somewhere to keep it out of plain sight. They are large enough to hold his weapons, ammo and the few other illegal items he carries everything else would be in the trunk.
Its your call on what the rating will be for those, and if you would rather me not have them thats fine.
Let me know if you have any ?'s or concerns.

HISTORY
Reggie started his work in the light, if you call working for a corp in the "light" vs the shadows. He started as a courier for a small corp that set him up with his first cyberware, his data jack.
After several successful runs they were able to sethim up with additional equipment, this went on for a year or so until the corp he was working for was bought out. Some how the new owners found out he had been doing a good job and kept him around, even making several additions to his already extensive collection of cyberware to keep him in the game.
As ususal all good things must come to an end, Reggie's did when his last run went south and had to leave several associates behind. This didn't set well with Reggie, especially when he found out he wasn't supposed to have made it out either.
He had a few friends in the corp including a hacker, whose brother had died on Reggie's last run, he was able to erase all known records of Reggie's existence and he disappered into the shadows to work for himself.
Appearance:
Sachtel, a nic given him by his fixer when he found out what his old corp job was is fairly average for a dwarf, with one exception being the plates of dermal plating hes had added during his years working. He stands just over 1 meter tall, has long black hair with a slight wave, and reflective covers over his obvious cybereyes. He does his best to dress for the occasion, always making sure he has the equipment he'll need with him to get a job done.
NOTES:
The two fake SIN's & attached license's cover all restricted items that "Satchel" currently carries.

Since JDragon seems to have had no luck getting his Sammie into play (I know how it is to a concept in mind and never get a chance to play), I'll restructure my concept abit (as to avoid redundant archetypes)....possibly a non-combat (relatively speaking) type as it will only enhance the Negative Quality of his P-Fix addiction. Possibly a mage with either the Geas of gesture (card shuffling) or Conditional (Used P-Fix chip), or perhaps a Hacker who has turned his matrix life to real life. Either way I'll change so, JDragon can play the Sam.

@Meriss - I've always played Satachel as driving very sedatly when around town since he doesn't want to attract attention and have someone hassel him about his toys. But that doesn't mean he won't push himself and his vehicle to its limits when needed.
At this point he probably just mumbles under his breath and warns you that you are going to pay for anything confiscated due to your driving.

Oh it's not that she doesn't drive carefully to avoid detection, it's just that she's made the don't section of the driving code into a personal challenge. (475 moving violations to date) Besides, if the run goes south, you want Mandy at the wheel.

[ Spoiler ]
Nightshade
Born in the Tir nobility, Nightshade was born a human albino. His condition was hidden for years by his parents. He was home schooled, and all though he was educated in Tir society and the world as a whole, he was rarely out side his home. When he hit puberty, his magical talents began to awaken. Naturally, do to the nature of his upbringing, his powers evolved around remaining unseen, and unobtrusive.
He eventaully learned to control his powers, and managed to control his facial features and skin tone, allowing him to blend in. He soon 'came out' and joined elven society as a whole. Wanting to be like the other young Tir noble,s he joined the Tir Peace Force. He did well, especially in scouting missions, and he seemd to lack in certain morals that are usually learned as part of proper social integration.
He attempted to join the Tir Ghosts, and was in training, when a routine DNA scan showed that his metatype was in fact human rather than elven. Completely aside from elven politics towards other metas, he had lied on official paper work. He was dishonorably discharged, and only his family rank saved him from prosocution. When his family quickly disowned him out of shame, the law soon came crashing down. He fled the Tir to avoid a sentence, effectively exiling himself.
A few needed things
Tracheal filter and venom sac w/ Belladona/nightshade/atropine in it
BP value for dark secret and albino
Will also have Dark secret for a flaw, along with elf poser, as he continues the charade that he is in fact an elf. He changes forms frequently, and uses disguises to bypass security. Killing hands and venom are his main means of attacking.
Let me know what you think.

Matrix Desperado or M.D. (goes with doc holiday lol)
[ Spoiler ]
Growing up he was always the smallest and sickly of his siblings. He spent much of his time indoors (more so than the average New World child does), and was more interested in his gameplaying skills on the game console then on playing games outside.
An obscure and not very popular first person shooter sparked a change in him. The game based off real life old west gunfighters was a flop but, it became an insperation for him...an obsession really. The persona of Doc Holiday, a sickly yet deadly gunfighter intriqued him and he began to learn all he could about the time and the person. Gunfights were a thing of the past in the real world but, from his time in the matrix....it was very much alive. He trained hard to forge his skills and his persona on the matrix.
Somewhere the persona leaked into his real life. As it is easier to be a steely eyed killer in the matrix the same mentality is hard to earn in the meat world and thats where the P-Fix chips entered. He team mates look at him as excentric at times and entirely more mouth than arse at other times but, he's best Hacker they know (not like they're out looking to hang out with anyothers lol)

It's in the Core Book. It should be converted over to a 10BP neg Quality. The ones that were -1 in 3rd are 5Bp in 4th, 2 are 10, and so on.
The character does require a few things from 3rd that are not in 4th edition yet, like the venom sac and tracheal filter from Man&Machine. Their .... hallmarks of the character for lack of a better term. So if they can't be converted I'll have to come up with a new character. If that's the case, let me know, and I'll get back to the grind stone.

Hiroki Watanabe is now an Ork Gunslinger Adept
[ Spoiler ]
History
Hiroki Watanabe was born in Cal free state in 2047 after the LA War of Liberation. His mother was a California national guard soldier who was captured in LA by a street gang. She was eventually turned over to civil authorities and following the cessation of hostilities between LA and CAL she was freed; Four months pregnant at the time. Her religious beliefs precluded an abortion and so began Hiroki's life; The bastard son of a rapist.
At the age of eight, he was orphaned. His mother had fallen in with a charity that was seeking a brighter future for all. It would be years before he learned the truth about the Universal Brotherhood.
Some events mark a person. For Hiroki, one of those was August 9th, 2057; The day President Dunkelzahn was assassinated. He never really understood why.
