I used a pack of these dogs against my players, just wanted to see if people thought it was a good idea, or not.
Rule Set: SR3
Large Dog (Good Merge Roach Spirit)
B=8 Q=9 S=10 C=5 I=5 W=5 E=5Z R=7
Initiative: 10+1D6
Attacks: 10M
Bioware: Muscle Augmentation Lvl 2
Powers: Enhanced Senses (Smell), Venom
Weaknesses: Reduced Senses (Sight)

if you are familiar with pack mentality then no, nota good Idea.
if you aren't then yeah looks pretty good.

One thing to watch for is that SR3's initiative system is very unforgiving against any sort of swarm tactics.
Also, making them good merge roach spirits is a bit over the top. Bio-enhanced dogs is probably good enough.

I thought that many girl scouts can beat a close combat adept or the watcher pack kill a high Force spirit? Why is SR3 not good for swarm tactics?

he didn't say not good he said very unforgiving...

I should've explained a bit. I only threw 3 or 5 at my players. My players are very powerful (500+) karma. It was a tough fight and they got chewed up, but none of them died.
