I know that there is no SRD for the SR4 ruleset but I was wondering if there happened to be a wep page out there that had an equipment list from SR4?

Your closest bet would be one of the chargen applications floating around elsewhere on the forums. Most of them contain at least pricing, capacity/essence, and availability information (basically, the bare-bones info you need to know to make the necessary subtractions from your BP pool and attribute adjustments) for most of the gear that was printed-up as of the last time the application was updated. Some even have descriptions/rules paraphrases for the gear in question - but those are usually limited by available space in the display portion of the program and the fact that's there's so much stuff to write-up. And I've seen lists that were just that - catalogs of the available items, usually grouped by category.
Of course, both of these are somewhat questionable, legally. Well, technically, they're probably all illegal - but are rarely acted against because they're still virtually useless w/o access to the full rules-set (why build characters for a game you can't play) and for the hassle strict enforcement would likely generate.
