Where are changlings introduced as a player race?
Is wilderness survival a specialty of Stealth? If not what does it default to?

I believe Survival is its own skill, far from Stealth.
Changelings? If you mean SURGElings, that'd be YotC and 2061...

I saw a couple of posts where someone mentions a Changling. Did they call surged characters that?

I believe SURGEd folks are sometimes referred to as Changelings. The only other thing I can think of they might be mistakenly referring to is Shapeshifters.

SURGEd characters are indeed called Changelings in canon.

Wilderness survival is an active skill presented in Target: Wastelands, along with Navigation.
