Ok keep seeing this army of IC topic, but in RAW (pg 228) IC operates independent of its node, meaning its running on whatever node its in, so too many will affect response. Guessing this was to assure IC could follow and continue to do its job if its originating node was compromised. This for me at least seems to clear up IC side of army problem.
