Something which has come up a few time is that the core book doesn't have prices for the various pharmacompounds, like cram, long haul etc. I could probably reverse-engineer something using SR2/3 prices, but does anyone know if official prices exist somewhere?

Official prices don't exist, mostly because the price changes based on the availability of a specific drug on a specific street corner from a specific dealer at a specific time. Maybe we'll see guidelines later on.
