It says the picture is the authors own work. wink.gif

Right, which means whoever took the picture knows how to get one of those dice.

I bought twelve of that dices ten years ago by my FLGS. smile.gif

those dice were published at the same time the battetech dice were. You can get neither anymore, they were out of print long before FASA passed their games to Wizkids.

I find the Q-Workshop dice to be hard to read, though some of them are artistically very cool. At Gencon I had some custom D6s made at the Chessex booth, and they offer additional services online. Chessex is pretty much the biggest name in dice.

This would work just fine for Shadowrun, and they can do things like have certain faces (1s, 5s, 6s) in different colors (or you could even have the other faces be blank or images).

My local Hastings carries those dice. It just has that funky looking dragon where the one should be, other than that they are normal dice.

Hastings = Books, Movies and Games.

Edit: They do come in a felt pouch with another funk-dragon on it though.
