Do anyone think it could be plausible to say few/many/all(?) mega-corp presidents/high-executives are or wants to be Vampire?

And may be build campaign based on this idea? May be somekind of Vampire hunter theme?
Moon-Hawk
Well of course, the ultimate answer is: as many as you want. In my game, if forced to answer, I'd probably say that there are a few high-executives who are vampires, and maybe a single corp who pushes that number upwards of "many."
Sounds like a fun campaign.
Speed Wraith
No reason not to assume that such a vamipiric conspiracy would be limited to the corps. I could easily see various heads-of-state being affected by the HMHVV as well for your purposes. You could really spin it into something far darker than the normally danged dark SR campaign. Might be interesting to find out the head of DeBeers is a ghoul nyahnyah.gif But then, I only say that because I want to get my own players into that ghoul nation for some fun...

All corporate executives are blood-suckers...

Blade: [noticing vampire tattoo] "You're human."
Kounen: "Barely. I'm a lawyer."

I think some might consider it a step up on the morality scale.

Truthfully though, vampires include some rather nasty limitations, and of course, only humans can become vamps. I suspect some CEOs would like to become free spirits or insane AIs instead. Unfortunately, those that wish to become drop bears seem to have a rather short lifespan...
Sweaty Hippo
As long as you have money, power, smarts, and a lack of scruples, any metatype can become a high-level corporate executive.

Seeing as Leonization exists I can't see the executives going for it, at least not for another half a century or so (if they can't just get Leonization again).

Well, there probably aren't many wendigos or dozunohuhs? (what ever they're called, been forever) operating as CEOs or other high-level corporate officers, I'm sure there are more than a few banshees...

True, but there was HMHVV well before there was Leonization, and plenty of those execs were feeling the weight of their years even then. Just because few would be taking the plunge now, doesn't mean it hasn't already been done a few times. And don't forget, HMHVV is probably the least expensive path to immortality, at least in the short term. That's worth something, especially to someone who values the bottom line more than their humanity.

I don't know... Maybe maybe not. You could go either way I suppose.

Well, there's always Shaiwase's priceless little princess vampire otaku. wink.gif

Don't elves become vampires? Not humans?
Jaid
