I usually think mages are better suited for support more than anything else, and mages with the spells you selected are generally the most useful.

For some points juggling, I would reduce Magic to 5 (save a whopping 35 bp right there), drop a spell or two, maybe that thermo and low-light, since technology so easily replaces that.

In exchange, you should get some Athletics up (there is usually a lot of running and some climbing involved in sneaking into places), get a car so you're not one of those "I take the bus to go to the meet" characters. There is also an awesome spell that lets you visualize a 3D representation of your surroundings. I forget the name, but it's perfect for infiltration mages, as it allows you to easily plan routes.

To be honest, as a mage you will be subpar to the social adept.
And to the mundane chameleon when it comes to infiltrating targets with magical security thanks to wards, spirits or security mages noticing you being someone else. This is a problem until you get proper masking.

I second dropping magic by a point.
Forget about banishing. It will do you no good for this concept as you probably won't go around collecting other spirits.
I'd also drop the Blades skill, you got a Stunbolt if you have to be silent. And holding a knife to a throat should be doable without the skill.

This does free up alot of points to get some technical knowledge, or some other social skills. Like Etikette. Impersonation is nice, but if you don't know how it rolls you are out. It looks like you don't want to be stealthy. That is OK, but it makes you working area way smaller.

What are the 'Sustaining Focus (Rating 1)' for? I can't see any helpful application for them (you do have some sustained spells, but having them at force 1 will not be a great help). And I would suggest dropping the rating 3 one in favor of a rating 2 power focus. It will offset the -2 penalty and even give you a bonus when not sustaining a spell. Apart from that, even a force 3 spell is not that great for most purposes.

i agree drop the magic by one and the vision spells. Also, shapechange is kind of pointlessi'd get power bolt, very useful for taking out vehicles. Stunball rather than bolt. Definitely get the power focus, but you can get that with the 35 bps form dropping the magic. don't worry about the vehicle, with a levitate spell you can fly (invisibly if you want) to the meet.

Hmm, you forgot Magician positive quality. Still a lack of Athletics. Is there a point to 2 power foci? Can you stack their use? Oddly enough I've never though of that. The Focused Concentration positive quality might be very handy for you. This mage can easily end up sustaining 3-4 spells.

No, you can only ever use one Focus (of any type) on any given test.

There is absolutely no point to having 2 Power Foci. Almost any other Focus can see multiple usage, but Power Foci add their Force to every test involving the Magic Attribute (and serve no other purpose). You could never benefit from bonding two or more.
