Full Version: Is there any way for a rigger to actively pilot two vehicles?

I've got an NPC who's a courier - bike specialist rigger and was curious whether there was a way he could also control a second bike being ridden but not controlled by a PC. If he subscribes the second bike along with his own, can he jump into his bike and have the other bikes do as he is? Would they get any of the benefit of his skill? Is there anyway to have him actively control both bikes? He's got multiple initiative passes both in and out of VR.

Thanks.

A driver only needs to spend 1 complex action per turn to keep a vehical steady. If you have the ability to just between them and spend the 2 complex actions I think you are fine for ever day driving. I don't see why you couldn't remote pilot one vehical while jumping into another. The real issue become observing the physical world from both locations. What data is you get from a free action and a simple action, and the complex action you have to take every turn is largely GM discretion. If you can spend all the actions your GM things you need to then you should be golden.
