Would People like a program that would help them make maps like this?

I respect that, but I'll probably just stick to using photoshop layer overlays to label my maps.

I´m an offline GM, everything has to print well.

Does someone have a source for abstract maps of city blocks? The toner cartridge does not approve of sattelite images.
