Alright, I've got concepts running through my head, and I want to see what you can do with them.
What I want to see happen is:
1) a concept will be declared.
2) contestants will post characters that follow that concept.
3) Dumpshock will vote on the best character for that concept.
4) The winner will proceed to earn bragging rights for that round.
Having declared that, I have decided on a character concept. The first round's concept is... Man with a Thousand Faces. Your task, should you choose to accept it, will be to build a character designed around being able to be anyone. This character should be able to look the part and convincingly play it.
RAW buildtime rules; BBB, Street magic, Augmentation, Arsenal, and Unwired allowed (but you must be ready to explain what things are when the masses say "Huh?").
