So my new runner want to set up a few stashes. A part form a reactor sting in all of them with 2 clips and a fake sin in rating 2 spare clothes ect. what else should be stored. Keep in mind he has a datalock with rating 6 encrypt soon to be 24 hour strong encryption for storing data.

Also how do disposable comlinks work part of me see them as a on activation thing. so when you hit the button the download the OS and comcodes for each week payed for. Is this how there meant to my run?

This is a staring Char/frist few runs so I wont be able to fork out big amounts of nuyen. Again where to keep these?
Shiloh
Cheap discrete body armour
Cert credstick with some money on/actual folding nuyen
Licenses to match the SIN and a commlink to keep it/them in
Disguise elements to make your fake SIN visually different (if you have the skill to use 'em)
Some medpatches
Multitool
A ticket out of town

Prepay lockers at transit stations are good places to stash these. You need to invest some time in moving them occasionally, and making sure they're paid for. Having a legit lockbox in the same place as a covert one means that under some access arrangements you can visit the covert one without using its associated ID.

Well, this is quite risky. Those failsave stashes are for a quick getaway incase your usual IDs are blown. So having a lockbox at a place that might be under surveilance already is not a good idea.
You could however have two lockboxes with various IDs at a place in case both are never used for anything else.

It's only relevant if your enemies (the ones that ave made you fall back on your cached goods) know where your cache is. So the Left luggage officer sees you come in, and leave carrying a bag. They don't know you're on the lam, most of the time.

It does, however, make sense to have a stash somewhere you know isn't going to be under surveillance. Unfortunately, there's a chance that it'll be gone when you get there, and you've got to reach it, which can be a problem if it's somewhere remote enough to be off the spynet.

Rather than a train station, I'd go with a locker in a gym, especially if your character would never go to the gym.

Another really nice place for a cache is on one those solar blimp drones if you can get it licensed on the get way SIN you don't use, people aren't going to mess with it randomly, and if it's licensed and doing nothing the Star isn't payed enough to care.

Hasn't this been done to death already?

I prefer mine, keys to the yacht that can take me to a quiet pacific island where I can sip piña coladas.

If you can get a stash like that why are you still running (because that hasn't been completely over hashed either cyber.gif )

Yep, I think you can probably buy one and "cache" the account for later.
