I can't seem to be able to find information in either the basic book or arsenal. Do weapon mounts affect the recoil of the weapons that are mounted?

according to arsenal, weapon mounts completely negate recoil. there is a rules tweak that you can have them negate only the vehicle/drone's body in recoil, however, which sounds much more reasonable for, say, an iball or a kanmushi bug =P
