hmm, sig pack sized. and here the army version looks like something that one would use for professional video...
but then again, the military one could probably work as a long range scope, and do nightvision...

I forgot where I saw it (so excuse the vagueness) but I remember seeing a hunting scope with a built in digital camera. So you can get a picture of what you were about to shoot before you shot it. Pulling the trigger activated the shutter.

I could see the potential of the smart scope on sniper rifles. No more unconfirmed kills. "Hell Sarge, you can see the bastard has a rifle and here is what he looks like with a third eye on this manual shuttered pic."
