Kind of self explanatory. Has the situation ever arisen where the prospect of an awakened sexually transmitted disease may have affected a PC? If so, give the juicy, gory details.
One idea I'd had in a previous game involved Herpes of a particularly nasty awakened variety that involved the bursting forth of spider-like creatures every 30 days.
I look forward to seeing some of these.

Not sure any version of Herpes could birth creatures.
Sounds more like a Blow Fly Larvae infestation [some of which lay eggs in flesh, burrowing out though the skin].

Hmm, which book had spray-on condoms? Was that a Shadowrun thing or was it a Richard Morgan thing? Black Man maybe? Anyway, yeah, spray-on condoms FTW.

With the advances in medical technology, I'd assume that there'd be more treatments for a range of STD's (exclusively for the rich, of course).
I wonder if there's a symbiont that eats STI's.

I'd love to see what an STD does to your aura. Beyond the emotional shame of having a case of the drips, I'd also imagine that it would subtly or perhaps unsubtly tint your aura.

Spray-on condoms appear in several SciFi books...
...I think Richard Morgan mentions them, as does Neal Asher.
