OK, I know that a magical group can be formed with disparate members. But would a Giant Adept (whose focus is in heavy weapons), a Phoenix shaman and an Elf mage have a basis for forming a magical group? Other than the fact they are "friends" and have gone on a number of runs together?
And what sort of repercussions would having a group so spread out in interests face (aside from the obvious difficulty in forming the magical link and the Adept not being able to go on Astral quests)?
