Aztlan/Aztechnology: Second most powerful country and corp in the world. Arguably the most powerful country in Latin America.
UCAS/Ares: A bit behind Aztlan but still powerful econmically and militarilly and possibly the most powerful country in North America.

Second Tier: Countries who have good economies and militaries and can hold their own vs. teh Great powers. The most powerful are:
Amazonia: Arguably the most magically powerful country in the world backed up by a large population and land. Main rival to Aztlan for control of Latin America
CAS: good economy and military and rival to Aztlan in North America.
France/Esprit: Arguably the most powerful country in mainland Europe.
Great Britain: Good economy and military.
The two Tirs: Strong magic, good militaries.
Guangzhou/Hong Kong/Wu Xing: Probably the strongest Chinese warring state and all these three entities are interconnected. Also rivals Japan for control of Asia.
Russia: Strong military but beset by local and economic problems. Still controls probably the largest land on Earth.
Third Tier: The Poorest countries in the world.

Tsimtsihan: Corrupt, reduced to poisoning the land for resource extraction. Controlled by Mitsuhama.
Haiti: Warzone, the worse country in the Carribean League.
Bolivia: Commie corrupt drug country in South America.
Afghanistan: Warlord/Mafiya controlled.
Pakistan: Poor, corrupt, parts of still radioactive.
Balkans: Warzone
Burmese states: Warlord, corrupt, warzones etc.
Vietnam: Oppressive communist corporate state.
Iran: oppressive theocratic regime.
