OK here is a simple question: How much does the software options cost?

For example: I want a Weapon Watcher program at Rating 6 to run on a Response 4 cluster. I spend 3000 for the Watcher software, and then how much more for the two ranks of Optimization? Is it 3000 (program) + 200 (optimization) = 3200 or am I mistaken?
