Only if they copied the description of the device from SR4. It's also not trademark infringement, since the iBall in the game is a fictional representation in a book and the iBall linked is an electronic device.

Remington had something like this a few years ago. "Remington Eye Ball R1". Didn't sell enough for them, now sold by the developer,
