Say you are making a Fomóraig character. Do you pay 40 BP for a Troll and then an extra 45 BP to make him a Fomóraig? And are the attribute modifiers on top of the racial modifiers you get for being a meta-human? Or is the Fomóraig simply 45 points (because it automatically assumes the 40 points and attribute modifiers for being a troll)?

The build points are extra, and the Attribute modifiers are extra.
