Just gonna jump right into it...
1.) Lets say my rigger only has one IP (meat body) and he is issuing commands to a drone that has three, does he only get to issue commands to his drone for one pass and then the drone sits idely by for the other two?
2.) How exactly does "dog brain" work? Is that a command?
3.) Can you see drones with astral perception?

1.) The rigger can give commands that take longer than one IP to execute. "Attack those guards" = Fire, Fire again, Fire once more. Roll initiative. Fire,
2.) A drones understanding of it´s environment is comparable to that of a dog. Commands need to be explicit and simple.
3.) Yes, but without detail - see Street Magic on astral shadows.
