Shadowrun is a big massive pain in the ass. Don't get me wrong, I love it, but the rules are overwhelming. I need easy reference sheets / guides. I need examples. My group wants to play shadowrun RAW or with as few house rules as possible.

I found the cheatsheets on pavao.org but its just not enough. Does anyone have a better compilation? Maybe one in a Windows help file or a website? Also, are there any "How to play Shadowrun" tutorials out there for the SR4A rules?
