So who is behind Aztechnology these days? What exactly happened in the board shake up?

It would seem most of the stuff going on there is meant to be directly or indirectly related to Dunk's will. But do we have any real info or theories on what happened beyond what's in the books?

Did Mike Mullvowassisname get a seat on the board and say 'Right, that's it... we're cutting off our links with the Horrors, stop all 4th world practices right now!' or what?

there's a feathered serpent running around somewhere in the background, somewhere, apparently twisted or something. s/he is mentioned in passing in SotF, not sure where else.
