is magic armor, from spell, magical adept power or any MYSTICAL or MAGICAL source be affected by lets say a armor piercing bullet the same way mundane armor would?
and do they lose half their rating vs other magical attack? Blast effect does damage vs half impact armor.

I can't find anything in the rules that say otherwise. That's how I play it. Makes APDS nigh-invaluable against spirits.
Abosultely. However, a called shot to negate armor should not remove magical armor, as it fully protects the body.
