Full Version: Gamer (Film)
Dumpshock Forums > Discussion > Shadowrun
I saw the film Gamer, and while I recognize its flaws as a film, it did present a scenario that potentially could come up in ShadowRun: a device that allows a human to be controlled by someone else (SR does have biodrones, which could conceivably be incorporated into a metahuman--as a previous thread has questioned) for entertainment purposes.

Within the SR universe that kind of tech could go in many potential directions, and I just thought I'd point it out.
See the Snake Eyes System from 3rd edition. Deus did this to the Banded, so he could rig their bodies. No reason a regular rigger couldn't also.
Aren't they called stirrup systems in 4th?

Haha, I am behind the times. XD
I don't watch TV, so I don't get commercials, the only way I hear about movies is either sometimes through the radio or hitting Fandango and going "what's playing?"
