The really important question is what's going to happen to all our wireless routers to make them go kaput for the next fifty odd years.
That's easy, the crash virus uses them to spread itself to every electronic device that comes into contact with a wireless system. Forcing the world through paranoia to jump back to using hardlines again. If the virus infects your computer it can reprogram and override your internal wireless transceiver to the point you can't cut it off short of taking lengthy time to open your comp/PDA and physically removing integrated hardware. Then it could just use your machine as a node to keep spreading it's infection as it auto detects wireless networks as you go.
With a wired system you can if you have to physically cut the connection so nothing gets in or out of the device. It's a simple matter of practical security. After something so globally devastating as the Crash Virus, it's no surprise the NOBODY would use wireless anymore for a number of years.
