So I'm wondering what price to set for plans for mods to vehicle and weapons. I was thinking of 10% of the cost of the mod itself as a starting point with a higher percentage for AR plans, maybe double that. The fact you can get some plans for free by 'looking in the right place' suggests they shouldn't be too high. What have other GMs done with this? This is from the plan rules on pg 128 of Arsenal.
