Idol is half Japanese and half anglo, and a citizen of Lone Star’s prison system. He’s 20 years old, short for an ork, with the physique of an obsessive weightlifter. His hair is black, with dyed orange streaks, and he has bright green eyes.

--Where did your character learn his/her skills?

Pain learned to fight on the streets of the Redmond neighborhood he grew up in. He really doesn’t have any other skills.

--What did your character do before becoming a runner?

He’s not really a runner. Before he was a Halloweener, he was a wandering teenaged thug.

His mother is still in Redmond. His father is in Kuala Lampur, and doesn’t know he exists.

--What are your characters dreams/goals/aspirations?

Burn the world. Be bigger and stronger.

Pain is a steroid-addled, heavily tattooed ork who favors clothes in the gang’s colors that show off his muscles.

--Why did they choose to be a shadow-runner?

He’s not a shadowrunner, he’s a violent, anarchist psychopath.

Pain is a wild animal. He’s not smart enough to take advantage of his own presence, so his attempts to bully people into doing things tend to result in them shaking, crying, and wetting themselves rather than do what he wants, which tends to frustrate him, which tends to lead to his beating them to a bloody pulp.

--What skills does your character bring to this group? What makes them special?

Pain is both random and destructive, two traits highly prized among a crew of thrillseeking violent psychopaths. He’s also menacing enough to make sure that no one messes with the smarter, more skilled members of the gang.

Pain is only marginally literate, knows little or nothing of the world beyond the parts he’s seen with his own two eyes, and is dumber than a sack of chisels.

People who are stronger than him. People who are weaker than him. Basicallly everyone who’s not a Halloweener or a resident of his neighborhood.

Dopeman isn’t actually a drug dealer. Not anymore anyway. He got out of the drug business and into the guns business when he got sick of dealing with junkies who always wanted to trade stolen goods for their fix. People buying guns at least have the decency to pay cash. He and Pain met when they were locked up together.

Concrete (L:4/C:3)
Concrete is the closest thing to a friend that Pain has. The big troll runs a gym in the Verge, and does a brisk business in ripper sales along the way.

Burner (L1/C3)
Burner’s an old (he’ll be 45 in a few months) Halloweener who met Pain in prison, and got him into the gang. Tough, mean, and as smart as Pain is strong, he’s semi-retired, having stepped aside to make way for new blood, he’s a mover behind the scenes in the slums of Redmond. He still wears the colors for the fear they invoke, but he’s more concerned with trafficking in information than with instilling fear.

Rolls (L1/C3)
Rolls, short of Rolls-Royce is a bike mechanic. He did all the work on Pain’s Harley and also does work on the personal rides of some of the neighborhood guys who’ve struck it rich dealing drugs, running the shadows, or in a few rare cases, got out of the barrens in the entertainment industry.
