I'm GMing 4th ed game and since I'm a sick and twisted GM (And so are my players) I thought it might be fun to include Orgasm program or complex form. I was thinking for rules, have it similar to Black Ice/Blackout Program. Maybe call it Whiteout, or something like that. What would be some good rules that would fit and not be too overpowering? Make it just like the spell where successes take away dice pools? or have it do stun damage? What type of Icon would be appropriate? Feedback appreciated....thanks

Just combine the mechanics for Blackout with the Orgasm spell, and explain it as the BTL signals focused on pleasure rather than pain. If the hacker is "knocked out," he just gets jacked out (which now has a much dirtier connotation; thanks) like normal. Otherwise it's just a blast of distracting pleasure.

Yeah, you don't really need a special program for something just comes down to a matter of adding flavor, really. Black Hammer and Black Out essentially just work by jamming open your commlink and Biofeedback filter program's defenses and turning up the volume to the point where the brain can no longer handle it without severe mental fatigue or in the case of Black Hammer, genuine and potentially permanent neurological damage. Whatever that stimulus is is up to you. Hell, one time I told a PC that he got fried with a lethal burst of classical music. He burnt the Hand o' God on it, so now his often has nightmares to the tune of Mozart's Requiem in D Minor.

Anyway, never forget that a given node or network is whatever you want to make of it, really, which is why cyber vandalism is such an annoying problem for people in the sixth world. You could make all the Black IC on a given node look like tentacle monsters (unless they beat you with their Reality Filters, of course), if that's what you want to go for. Next time your hacker critically glitches a Browse program, tell him he stumbled onto a BTL frequency BDSM fetish feed and that he needs to roll a Willpower+Biofeed Filter test.

Just treat it as a BTL or Sim Recording. The Biofeedback inducing programs such as Blackout and Black Hammer are designed to do actual damage (which is supposed to be a ridiculously difficult thing to do, to the point where it took plotonium and arbitrarium to do it), whilst locking a person into a sim recording is not meant to be all that difficult and, even at BTL levels, is apparently reasonably safe.
