i'm not seeing where all the excitement is at

there's some guy saying "we're going to do it right this time, and accomplish in 5 years what we haven't been able to do in 5 decades", but he's not saying "and here's how we're going to do it."

or, in other words, "we're going to try stuff that we ignored before because it didn't look promising."
only this time, it's going to work out. just because we said so.
