Something I thought was wierd is that, in character creation, stats cost more than skill groups.

Attributes have the same BP cost at chargen as Skill Groups do, namely 10 per point (barring the last Attribute point). wink.gif

I'm including that last point, but I see your point. Still, even seen that way, its strange that attributes cost the same as skill groups at creation, but skills group cost more (a large amount more) than attributes in karma. Then again, SECKSy takes care of this. Eh.

I find attributes to be a bit less useful than skill groups, due to defaulting. Yes, attributes allow for a broad selection, but in the end are at least as limiting as skill groups, but also have that defaulting penalty. So, if I wanted to reflect this in a BP creation system, I'd have attributes cost 8 instead of 10, and that last point cost 20 instead of 25. This, of course, would throw the character creation way off and result in characters a litte more powerful than usual. You could reduce the point total by 40 (360) points to reflect this if you wanted (20% of 200 points). Mind you this is just my own musing. Don't take it too seriously. grinbig.gif
