Seattle 2073: SUBMERGED INITIATE CYBORG TROLLS
With a new quality!
MYSTIC TECHNOMANCER
Cost: 1 BP
Magic points can be split between Magic, Resonance, and Power Points. Any increase in one type of point automatically increases the other two.
With a new spell!
INCREASE ESSENCE
Type: P
Duration: P
Drain: NONE
If cast while at essence 6, this spell increases the essence of the target beyond the natural maximum, to no more than a maximum of 25,000. Any drops in essence above 6 do not cause a drop in magic points or resonance. Any essence gained is thus drained from a secondary target, in much the same way Shang Tsung sucks the souls out of his victims after beating the dirt out of them. The secondary target must be a player-controlled Shadowrunning teammate.

This has to be one of the most useless postings i have ever seen on this board . . and judging by my post-count, that's a LOT of postings . .
But eh, whatever floats your boat. wonder if there's spirits with essence drain as a spirit power which could then be endowed to a character?

Yeah, obviously I'm not serious about this at all. But I was hoping that others would chime in with similarly ridonkulous ideas.

I know you're joking, but that doesn't work. Backgrounds reflect your stats. Otherwise you may as well just create a background that says you're God and have all powers known and unknown to metahumanity at a rating of Infinity.

Well, it was just an unlucky night. There was his critical glitch with the negotiation roll with the Sanhedrin, then he critically glitched negotiation with the people in front of Pilot, things just weren't going well.

Obviously a man of opposites.
After falling out of favor of the Sanhedrin and Roman council (or was it just the emperor being bribed? Can't remember), a couple critical successes and BAM! Avoided death (after dying) and made loyal followers out of billions of people!
That takes some skill.. and several lucky rolls.

On that note!
Ally Spirit: Satan. Spend 400 starting karma to get a force 50 ally spirit (plus the 11 for Artisan: Fiddle) who is Satan: Lord of Hell (plus Magician plus Initiation). Spend 232 karma on Contact: Sinners of the World (So yeah, everybody). Then spend your last 80 karma on getting each of your base attributes up to 2 (We wouldn't want to be accused of being munchkins now would we?).

The GM of his game thought obviously he couldn't call the priests no-good-gangstas no matter how big his dice pool was or good his rolls were or how much Edge he had.
But then the writer/dev of the campaign module came along, smacked down his GM and told him to get with the plot.
