Congrats - Shooting Target

Okay people, just a few thoughts from your very frazzled GM:

1.) Remember, you're in one ModPod in a sectioned off Horizon section. The Colonel is in charge of Communications/Recon. She is not the ranking officer in charge.I draw your attention to page 7: The caravan slides through another series of checkpoints before finally coming to a stop outside a barricaded group of hastily erected ModPods. Men in black combat gear patrol the outside with HMG's and sidearms. Over the SUV's intercom system, Buchanan's voice can once again be heard.
2.) You are all prime runners. Even if you all have the Uncouth quality (which I don't think any of you have) you would still need to present a certain amount of decorum during a meet/run. Behavior like this kept up over the long term would have resulted in dead runners. Dead runners don't get work. Please keep this in mind.
