Full Version: FN P93 Praetor W/Electronic Firing Mechanism
Reading Arsenal i find that Praetor offer Electronic Firing for 400 yen (? not have books now)..
Does that count as ..

Anything the weapon comes with counts as modification, though the weapon itself is regarded unmodified for slot count.

Factory level mods don't count towards slot limit.

In which case it is a Feature, not a Modification (For purposes of Slot Costs), because you cannot remove that feature to gain slots...
