Don't think there is anything out in 4th for Europe yet. None of the other books mention any big upheavals in Europe, so I'd imagine nothing too major has changed. Still, there is likely to be a book for it eventually.

There are a couple books in 4e with individual cities covered. Runner Havens has Hamburg and Istanbul, Corporate Enclaves has Europort in the Netherlands, and Feral Cities has Geneva, GeMiTo in North Italy, and Sarajevo.

There is a short description of Hamburg in "Runner Havens" (there's more in german version, if my memory is good), something was also in "Feral Cities" (Geneva?...)
And there are some european critters in "Running Wild" and syndicates in "Vice" - the last should be useful.
But most of actual data will be probably in "6th World Almanac".

Just in case: if you are also interested in Poland, look into "System Failure". We had some changes (Russians out, Lofwyr in..)

The Germans seem to have put out a book or two, but nothing in English.

So depending on your language-skills there is some info on Europe besides Runner Havens.

Yes, there's additional material for the Hamburg chapter in Runner Havens, as well as a sourcebook/campaign package for both Munich and the SOX in German. I think the German version of Corporate Enclaves has some stuff on Frankfurt, too, but i'm not sure about that.

The French also have additional material for Marseille. I think it's an extra for one of their sourcebook translations, like most of the German stuff.

That makes me wish I'd taken more Language classes in High-School. Ah well, maybe the Collage I'm going to go to will have something.

pretty much the SB's are pretty bullet proof for different ed's. I still treasure the 1st ed Seattle SB, sure the people are dated but it is still a great resource for the town- and drove my husband nuts in '08 when I brought it to Seattle on vacation with us.

Yeah, I life in Seattle. I found myself arguing with the 4th edition Seattle book one day.

How well did it match ??

I'm amazed that more people aren't putting together fan-written local guides.
One of my friends did a a multipage, a5 guide to Australia, which was great.

The Pike's place market is wrong on the map but otherwise pretty good. actually the better thing was to see how places really looked, like Lake Union

Yeah, that and the Alderwood Mall were really the only things that seemed off to me. I don't think Everett would have expanded that far south. But that's mostly my opinion on how things would have shaped up.
Other then that I was impressed with the Seattle 2072 book.
