Newscaster is Danish as are the subtitles, the people in it speak German.

The guy can feel vibrations and pressure and recently acquired a driver's license despite the fact that he has no arms

Nice =) It's just a matter of time. Demand has been there since day one and now BCI technology slowly advances to the stage where it needs to be to supply the demans.
