Yes it's old, but it's so easy to write up random stuff for with XML.

I have a random NPC generator. 1/6 chance in for s meta human, 1/6 of meta humans are a sub race, has adepts and mages.

Actually, if you go into the source (html) of the bug.htm and snip out the waybackmachine's toolbar (you will see comments) then it works. Some of the variables in the toolbar conflict with the generator. (If you need a copy, let me know. I have it working)

Well, I'm obviously html-noncompliant as I can't get the danged thing to work:)
