Anyone got a lead on the list of NPC's linked on here many moons ago? Its a list with tier's so as a GM you can scale by picking from the tier for whatever type of npc is needed.

I could swear i had seen what you are looking for in the Community Projects part of Dumpshock,
but i can't find it right now. Maybe you should have a look yourself, as i am quite good at overlooking
things

This isn't tier-based, but I remember an attempt to rewrite the pregens so that they were effective in their roles. As far as I know all the character rewrites were written with 400BP, so they should be roughly equivalent to a starting character.
