I read the BBB, Unwired, and Emergence cover to cover, and didn't find it. What is the bounty for Technomancers? The closest I could find was in E, and that was 50,000 each for leaders of a group who had stolen some serious stuff. But what about regular techies?

Bounty on technomancers? Pardon? This is 2072 omae, even our cats and cockroaches are technomancers!

I'd say Technomancers don't have "bounties" per se but rather prices for extraction and use. They're still distrusted but any Corp that can get their hands on one will do so not only for research but also for abilities they might be able to lend. Do not waste talent, after all. If they fail enough times, THEN you can disassemble them and figure how they work.
That said, MCT may pay fairly good prices for additions to their Rose Garden.

During the Witchhunt chapter Renraku and Aztechnology placed bounties on TMs. The Hong Kong police placed a 10,000

bounty on the hospital escapees who caused the explosion. Numerous governments began the same process. Clockwork actually lured NetCat out and tried to collect the bounty on her head, which made him less than popular amongst the Jackpointers.
After some of the hysteria passes, the bounties are presumably removed (it never says it out right) and Technomancers are instead required to register in several jurisdictions.
Note: The only bounties mentioned in Unwired are for Archivist AIs.

More that he seemed to have some kind of inferiority complex and used any chance he got to demonstrate that a mundane hacker could do as well or better then a otaku/TM.
