Found a nifty website by accident while searching for a research facility for my dissonant Snuff technomancer/10 foot tall chicken biodrone combo to run around in survival-horror style for the team's next run, and I stumbled across a nice website that functions extremely well once you get past the clunkiness of navigating the pictures.

The quality varies from project to project, but they typically have exterior shots, models, and blueprints/plans of the buildings that they feature. Some of them are kind of out there tech/style wise, which may fit with your vision of Seattle/Denver/LA/X. Hope someone finds this helpful.
