Is there some place I can find an updated Product List for Shadowrun 4? I tried the Shadowrun 4 website, but that's a damned mess to navigate so if it's there I'm completely missing it. Thanks in advance for any help!

Drive-Thru RPG is pretty decent.
But other than checking my shelves, that's the best I can think of.

Yeah, but even the Wikipedia one isn't up-to-date. Why isn't this somewhere incredibly clear on the SR4 website, even if only for the SR4 books?

After about a half hour of searching I did find it on the website, in the FAQ's. It's not really easily found though.

Yeah, and
this format
is not ideal, in my opinion.

The best part of it are region-specific books, I believe, like Sox, or Berlin, or Blut & Spiele, or Rhein-Ruhr-Megaplex...

It was an April Fool joke.
That said, I can upload it for you if you wish, I believe it was released freely.
