I don't know, 10/hrs a week for 1000:nuyen: a month isn't bad (Day Job 1 flaw). That is halfway to a Low Lifestyle, or a nice skeleton place if you go with an advanced lifestyle.
Also lets you set up a Bolthole if you're able to get the job in the right place.
