This one isn't from RPG.net, just from some random collection of internet generated motivationals, but it is a perfect shadowrun poster all the same:
Redundancy

Now that is sweeet.

Oh yeah, here's some I saw recently, all Star Trek ones, but hey, they're motivational posters. nyahnyah.gif

Those the same ones James McMurray linked to on the previous page?
James McMurray
Yeah, but apparently whoever is doing them is still at it, as there's some new ones there.
SL James
Hilarity ensues.
Grinder
I don't know if this came up, but it's great anyway:
Shadowrun Planning

SL James
Proof positive that planning is overrated.
Grinder
Most of my players (and I sometimes, depending on the circumstances) would agree.

BookWyrm
Try this one: Vehicular modifications
Trax
I saw that car in action on tv once. It was awesome.
SL James
I nearly pissed myself at this one.
Grinder
Pirceless! biggrin.gif
SL James
Especially the look on the guy with the vibro-sword.

Where is that particular illo, anyway? I don't recall seeing it before.

Funny you should ask. I had to check Cannon Companion since it looked familiar (especially the sword), and lo and behold, it's on page 9. Actually, it is page 9.

I keep all the people who have Flickr accounts bookmarked so I can save the full-sized posters. Some of my favorites are

Elistor (Who's done over 400 of these posters),

Agent Oracle (who ocassionally does SR posters),

Uhlrik, and

journ_o_lst_3.

I also really like celebrityomnipath, who does some damn fine posters, but alas... No Flickr.

Speaking of Flickr... Too Much Free Time.

Hey, I just found it.

Ooh, this sounds fun. Lemme get a crack at it.

This one is great!

Fourth made me laugh too, though.
SL James
Awesome.

BTW, for those of you without Photoshop (or PS skills), there's always the handy-dandy Motivator. Just enter the URL or select the file of your choice, enter the text, modify the frames and fonts as you see fit (if at all), and... voila!

But you do have to save the image to your HDD or upload it to Flickr if you have an account, because otherwise the file will be erased from fd's server in minutes, if that.

Called Shot

However, I disagree with the premise. Sort of. After all, the best thing that happened to my main PC story-wise and roleplaying-wise on my part was after she got shot in the head to save the life of a sworn enemy.

First one I made myself.

This one seems appropriate.

What's my Shadowrunner's alignment?

(P.S. Does anyone know what anime(s) the picture is from? I'm intrigued.)

Here's one I made, stolen from someone else's image:

Well, you could always ask the person hosting it.
Kyoto Kid
...these have been great, so...

a few technical questions here.

What format are they done in (software used)?

Where do you up/download to/from & how is a link to them made?

Are there any templates?

If so, where can I find them?

[I have a just few ideas kicking about]
James McMurray
This thread: http://forum.rpg.net/showthread.php?t=264472&page=802 has a link to a poster generator in its first post. Some people use Photoshop or other image editing software, but all you really need is a picture, and idea, and the motivator tool linked to in that thread.

photobucket.com is a free service where you can upload the pics.
BookWyrm
The online program is HERE.

/me Rises from the grave Ghostwalker style and torches your asses. Grants FanGirl 50 bajillion grades of Potency for her work.
Kyoto Kid
...Great Thanks.

Bookmarked both sites.
SL James
Do play around with the various Motivator settings, too. There are various font types and minor style things that you can do. Also, do note that you may have to crop or alter an image before you put it into the Motivator, or else it will do it for you (there are also focus options, so that you can sort of crop it without actually cropping it).

It's from Black Lagoon

from left to right:
the dual-gun wielding psychopathic chick
the ex-salaryman face
the leader/planner/torpedo boat captain
the computer & electronics expert

very SR-appropriate.
PBTHHHHT
For those who are wondering what that show is like here's a quick link for a quick summary. I just checked it out since I never heard of the show before.
James McMurray
Here's one that, while not Shadowrun related, still seems to fit here fairly well.

Image.

And no, I didn't make it. It was CrimsonDude.
emo samurai
Et tu, James? *dies and has a Shakespeare play written about him*

And where did you find it? Is that incident big on the RP community or something?
Critias
That screenshot makes me feel so famous.
emo samurai
Let it be known I harbor no such anger towards you now, Critias.

Incidentally, did you get around to reading that thread on Randy's Livejournal?

Indeed. You need it, by the way. biggrin.gif
James McMurray
I found it in the thread that spawned this thread here. The first post has a link to it.
emo samurai
Found it!
SL James
Yeah. It's the only thread that has 3.6 million views.
James McMurray
Liar! Propagandist!

It only has 3,481,088 views.
emo samurai
Got the right page, though.

And how famous is that rant, anyway? I know it got a lot of comments, which is around 200, which isn't that big by Internet standards. It doesn't even turn up on Google.
