More like Street Drugs than Combat Drugs. You want your soldiers controllable to some degree at least, not stopping and chowing down on their squadmate's face.
True. But I've always assumed that drugs that make you go "berserk" are best suited for use on enemy soldiers. It's like the drug the Moderns claim they have released in the Neuromancer.
