In my gaming group this is far from uncommon. We do a lot of social engineering (that's often the easiest path) and this is best done during the day.

Same here, which is funny how often the guns come out on our jobs.

Me GMing: *Mimes slapping at the desk, trying to hit something*

Hacker: "Um, Mr. Johnson, you've answered the Comm already."

Mr. Johnson: "Why are the lights on? OH GHOST IT'S THE SUN! CURTAINS!"

Also: "First time we bring you in for blindness and deafness. Second time, stomach problems! Lose a limb or something more traditional!"

And: "You're tired, I have a concussion, we're not making much sense right now."

I at least convinced one player to GM BattleTech after I got a coupon for my FLGS.

A run in daylight?!? Are you saying that you group are now some kind of... of... daylightrunners? You sick, twisted GM! Next thing we know you'll be telling us about a run to SAVE an orphanage rather than burn it down, or a player with an elf ninja stripper who isn't a lesbian!

No denying, and my group found that out.

They also found out that the police are more alert at day it seems. It's just a good thing that the Rigger's Roadmaster had it's graffiti covered up.
