You all seem to talk about some "legal narcs" which were invented by Lone Star and other corporations. What do they do, what are their availability and history? Will they be sold by Lonestar oficially or just copied on streets? I just want to boost some random Lone Star officers and maybe play in some for players who hunger for power, hehehe.
