Not the first article I've seen on such a device, though.
Pretty sure that's the same system that was being shown off at SHOT Show in January. Everything I've seen from the people who actually got to go and tried it out says it works, but it can't account for the varying winds between you and the target.

To be honest, neither should a smartlink. The fact that the system works at all is amazing.
