I have a Question about Wards, as I have not really found anything written in the Books or using Google.
What would happen with a Ward if its Creator dies?
Does it disappear or shutdown like other Things the Magician had a Link to?
Or does it stay active until it runs out?

I suspect as the mage does not need to maintain any level of concentration to keep it going, that the ward is pretty much free standing and would run until it timed out.

Also remember a mage can make a ward permanent with the payout of Karma.

But again nothing solid written out as such for the former situation.
